John Richards

John Richards

Born in Rapid City, South Dakota raised in Lakewood, CO. John is married to Adrienne Richards and is a father to three sons Bryce (16), Jake (8), and Luke (6). John was a multi-sport athlete in high school he went on to play at Central Arizona College as a LHP, his team won the 2002 NJCAA World Series. After an injury ended his playing days John came back to Colorado and started his coaching career. Coaching is John’s passion! He has coached all three of his sons teams and other teams in-between, although he has received a multiple offers to coach at the High School level he continues to coach youth players.
 
“We just love the young players and the development we get to see them accomplish from year to year. Youth players are the most important of all. Our goal is to make sure that they love the game and want to play again the next year.” 
Rob Champange

Rob Champange

Rob is a baseball lifer! His passion and love for the game is second to none. We love Rob’s passion and it impacts the players he gets to be around. Rob pitched collegiately at Junior colleges in Iowa and Minnesota, and still competes locally in NABA and MSBL. Rob was a big part of his team making it to the NJCAA World Series. Rob comes from a small town in North Dakota where he was a multiple sport athlete with multiple state championships under his belt. Needless to say Rob is a great competitor and even better person. 
Rob Boucher

Rob Boucher

Coach Boucher is from Denver Colorado, where he competed as a two sport athlete at Denver's South High School (Baseball, Football) He received All-City Honors as a 3rd baseman in the DPL, Rob furthered his Baseball career at NJC in Sterling, CO as an infielder. After his playing days, he became the Head JV and assistant Coach at Denver South High School. In 2011 His team won the RBI Summer League Championship, a program he is very passionate about, which plays an important role of keeping inner city kids involved with the game. Currently Rob serves as a Coach at the youth level where he strives to make a positive impact on young players both on and off the field. Clutch Baseball is proud and grateful to have Coach Rob and all the experience and knowledge he brings to the organization.
